EIN support: scope
EIN support is included for standard U.S.-resident responsible-party applications in packages where EIN is listed. Foreign founder or non-U.S. responsible-party EIN matters may require additional processing or a separate engagement.
State filing fee disclosure
State filing fees are charged by the secretary of state and pass through to you at cost.
Filing fees are set by each state and may change without notice; the exact fee for your filing is confirmed in your engagement letter. Listed fees reflect routine processing of a standard formation filing. Optional expedited processing, certified copies, certificates of status, franchise taxes, publication costs, and other variable state charges are not included.
