Attorney supervision
Work product is reviewed and signed off by a licensed attorney admitted in the relevant jurisdiction before delivery.
Conflict & scope review
Every matter receives an internal conflict check. Engagement is limited to a written scope of services. Out-of-scope questions are quoted before any additional work begins.
No legal advice until engaged
No attorney-client relationship is formed by browsing, intake, or checkout. The relationship begins only after a conflict-cleared engagement letter is signed by both parties.
Jurisdiction limits
Legal advice is provided only in jurisdictions where Omni Law PC attorneys are licensed.
Pass-through fees
State filing fees, registered agent fees, and partner-provided services pass through at cost. Professional fees are flat and disclosed up front.
